Managing Your Team through Covid

Of course COVID has changed the workplace. What does the data really say? What does it mean for you, their manager?

Some important, and self evident, research insights are:

While we know worklife has changed, navigating the world of work is a focus for every organisation, their leadership team and managers.  This is a great article as it provides some interesting data on the impact of COVID on work, but also some insights on navigating these changes for the team and more importantly for the individuals in your team.

Being a leader and manager does require that you build and foster trust across your team and across the organisation.  As we know Lencioni identified the that trust is the basis of all teams and organisations, in is 5 dysfunctions of a team.  What are you doing about building trust in your team?
