  1. Should we be meeting?
  2. What is the meeting for?
  3. What is everyone’s role?

Developing your team meeting cadence is critical to managing change and ensuring great decisions are made and reviewed.  Part of our approach in working with your team is ensuring your team cadence and personal cadence gives you value for your time!

This is a cracking article to help ensure you and your team are getting the most of your meetings and are also better decisions.
