If around ¼ of all transformations increase growth and create value – what can you do?

From my experience these three levers are where organisations live or die.   When thinking about your organisation and how you can make a difference; it is helpful to get some fresh eyes on what is happening, too often we think within our usual “swimlane or pool” rather than explore what could be within the “park”.

The data revealed in this article shows that engagement with the purpose of the organisation makes a significant difference to the success of the transformation.  The question is  – what are you doing in helping your team or organisation understand their “why”, to be clear how their role supports the purpose of the organisation and to ensure engagement through values alignment.

Such a lot is expected from Managers and Leaders,  sometimes you need some help, it can be from being inspired by this article, sometimes it is some coaching and mentoring, sometimes it is to get some help as you transform.
