We recently worked with a new Exec team helping them develop and implement ways of working together, their operational cadence and now they are increasing their market share in the human services industry.

After mapping the customer journey, we worked with a national spare parts organisation restructure.  The restructure was also focused on supporting their strategy for acquisition.  They have only dropped sales by 10% over Covid.

Worked with a smaller government agency to revise their performance and talent management approach. We developed a competency framework and talent mapping approach to support the new approach.
